Payout Validate Receiver

Payout query API used for Merchant/Partner to validate receiver's registration information. Not supported for individual merchant to invoke this API

Request Parameters#

INVALID_TIMESTAMP	400003	Timestamp for this request is outside of the time window.	Sync server clock
